Ingredients:

  • For the base:

  1. 50 grams softened margarine (or butter)

  2. 125 grams digestive biscuits, crushed

  • For the filling:

  1. 2 packets (200g each) Philadelphia cheese

  2. 1 cup whipped cream, whipped

  3. 1 cup hot water

  4. 1 packet Jell-O –lemon flavor-

  5. 1 can Blueberry filling

How to prepare:

  1. Combine the margarine and biscuits together.

  2. Spread the mixture over the base of an oiled 20 cm(8 inch) loose bottom cake tin.

  3. Stir the jell-o in the hot water.

  4. Place the cheese in a bowl, beat in the jell - O - mixture.

  5. With a spoon, fold gently  the whipped cream, mix well.

  6. Spread evenly over the biscuit base.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

  8. Pour the blueberry filling over the cheese mixture, and serve cold.
