
Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the base:
50 grams softened margarine (or butter)
125 grams digestive biscuits, crushed
For the filling:
2 packets (200g each) Philadelphia cheese
1 cup whipped cream, whipped
1 cup hot water
1 packet Jell-O –lemon flavor-
1 can Blueberry filling
How to prepare:
Combine the margarine and biscuits together.
Spread the mixture over the base of an oiled 20 cm(8 inch) loose bottom cake tin.
Stir the jell-o in the hot water.
Place the cheese in a bowl, beat in the jell - O - mixture.
With a spoon, fold gently the whipped cream, mix well.
Spread evenly over the biscuit base.
Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Pour the blueberry filling over the cheese mixture, and serve cold.
