Ingredients:

  1. 250 grams Mascarpone cheese

  2. 200 grams cream cheese

  3. 1/2 cup Fresh cream (whipped)

  4. 4 eggs, separated whites and yolks

  5. 1/3 cup sugar

  6. 1 cup concentrated black coffee

  7. 500 grams Sponge fingers (biscuits)

  8. 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

  9. 3/4 cup Fresh whipped cream for decorating

How to prepare:

  1. Blend both kinds of cheese till they are smooth.

  2. Add the egg yolks to the mixture.

  3.  Whisk the egg whites in a small bowl till they are stiff.

  4.  Add the sugar while whisking the egg whites gradually.

  5.  Mix the cheese, the egg whites, and the 1/2 cup whipped fresh cream gently using a spoon.

  6.  Lightly dip the biscuits one by one in the coffee.

  7. Arrange the first layer of biscuits in a deep dish, followed by a layer of the cheese mixture, followed by a thin layer of the cocoa powder.

  8. Repeat the three layers another time, ending with the cocoa layer.

  9. Keep in the fridge over night.

  10. Decorate with the fresh cream and chocolate flakes on the top of the dish.

The amount serves 6-8 persons.
