About FLT:
FLT aims to bring up pioneer youth leaders with exquisite educative values. Leaders who have future targets and clear objectives at their personal levels.
The team is mainly formed from university students from different universities. Students should proof their outstanding academic performance as well as their moral obligation in order to enroll in the team. The team is divided for two parties for men and women.
FLT works on two tracks for its members:

Culture and interaction.

Training and orientation.
The whole team meets monthly. The meeting may be in the form of presentations, courses, researches, discussions... etc. A committee which is elected yearly by the team handles the organization of the monthly gathering.
Culture and Interaction:
In each meeting FLT members are subjected to a test. The test ensures that each member interacts with events which occur in the month. The questions cover a wide range of topics from political news to sports news.

In addition, FLT members are required to read a pre-selected book which will be discussed during the monthly gathering. The books are chosen to meet the level of the members. They cover personal skills, creative thinking and introductions in several fields such as religion, economics, medicine... etc.
Training and Orientation:
Training sessions are held also in the monthly meeting. These training and orientation sessions escort recent updates in the world of leadership and human development.

FLT held sessions like: Self-Development Skills, Personal Planning Strategies and more. Moreover these sessions may host a leading character in the community, or even the author of the book which the team has already read.
